My mother's first cousin Peter Stubbs, a Boy Class 1, was on board when the Exeter was sunk. He died in captivity on July 16th, 1945. I have acquired a limited amount of information about the general circumstances, and a copy of the page in which the chaplain recorded his death. However, I have not been able to find anyone who remembers him. Peter Stubbs' sister is still alive, and both she and my mother would be interested in contacting anyone who can pass along any information about him.
